Biography

Argyris Bakirtzis was born in 1947 in Thessaloniki. He is an architect at the Archaeological Service of Kavala, but everyone knows him as the singer of the Winter Swimmers, the longest-running Greek band. He is a self-taught musician and writes lyrics and music.

He was a favorite actor of Stavros Tsiolis and had starred in many of his films, such as "Love in dates" (1990) "Please women don't cry" (1992) "Let the women wait" (1998) and "We have arrived..." ( 2004).
