Biography

Alisher Uzokov (born August 25, 1984) is an Uzbek film actor, director, singer and professional footballer. Uzokov rose to fame in Uzbekistan after starring in the 2009 film Nobody . In the years that followed, the actor starred in several comedies . Uzokov also sang a few songs.

Uzokov also tried his hand as a director. He has directed three films so far: "My Brother is Single!" (2011), "Is My Dad Single Now?" (2012), and "Autumn Blossom Tree" (2015). In 2013, the actor announced that he would no longer play any other role in films, but in subsequent years he starred in several films.

Alisher Uzokov has been playing for Istiqlol Football Club, which competes in the Uzbekistan Premier League since 2012 . In 2016, he was appointed first vice-president of the Andijan Regional Football Federation.
