Nicholas David OffermanĀ (born June 26, 1970) is an American actor. He became widely known for his role asĀ Ron SwansonĀ in theĀ NBCĀ sitcomĀ Parks and RecreationĀ (2009ā2015), for which he received theĀ Television Critics Association Award for Individual Achievement in Comedy and was twice nominated for theĀ Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.Ā
Offerman has also appeared in theĀ second seasonĀ of theĀ FXĀ seriesĀ FargoĀ (2015), for which he received a nomination for theĀ Critics' Choice Television Award, as well as theĀ FX on HuluseriesĀ Pam & TommyĀ (2022) and theĀ HBOĀ seriesĀ The Last of UsĀ (2023), for which he won theĀ Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series.
