Dayo AdeĀ (born 1972) is aĀ Nigerian-CanadianĀ actor. (He was born inĀ NigeriaĀ and moved with his family toĀ Toronto, Ontario, Canada at an early age.)
He played Bryant Lester "BLT" Thomas in seasons 3ā5 of theĀ Degrassi Junior HighĀ series.Ā He appeared as nurse Leo Beckett on theĀ CBC TelevisionĀ seriesĀ Cracked. He voiced the character Hunter Hakka inĀ Starlink: Battle for Atlas.
He also had guest appearances in theĀ Star Trek: EnterpriseĀ episode "Borderland",Ā in theĀ AliasĀ episode "The Awful Truth",Ā in theĀ ScrubsĀ episode "My Malpractical Decision", and in theĀ CharmedĀ episode "We're Off to See the Wizard". He appeared in theĀ LostĀ episodes "What Kate Does" and "Lighthouse".
In 2021, he joined the cast ofĀ Bob Hearts AbisholaĀ as Abishola's Nigerian husband Tayo Adebambo, and starred in the filmĀ Cinema of Sleep. At the 2021Ā Whistler Film Festival, he won the award for Best Performance in aĀ Borsos CompetitionĀ Film forĀ Cinema of Sleep.
